Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Insights Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping product strategies and improving decision-making by delivering actionable insights through data analysis, market research, and customer feedback. As part of the Product Development team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product improvements, identify trends, and drive product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Provide competitive benchmarking to guide product decisions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to uncover insights that inform product enhancements and new features. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and SQL to gather and interpret data.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback, surveys, and interviews to understand their pain points and needs. Share these insights with product managers to enhance user experience.
  • Collaborative Research: Work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams to align on business goals and research priorities. Provide data-backed recommendations for product development.
  • Product Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product performance, user engagement, and market acceptance. Provide regular reports on product performance and suggest improvements.
  • Trend Identification: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer behaviors that can influence product development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product research, market analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and proactively identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A passion for technology and understanding customer needs.
