PACE Engineering Recruiters partners with some of the most innovative companies across AI, Physical AI, Robotics, High Performance Computing (HPC), Energy, and Defense Technology to help them build teams shaping the future.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join PACE and build a career in sales, business development, and technology. This is an outbound sales and business development role where you will identify high-growth technology companies, research prospective clients, connect with founders and engineering leaders, and create new business opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level sales professional or early-career candidate who wants to develop real expertise in technology while building a career in sales.

You do not need to come in as a technical expert. You need to be curious, competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research high-growth companies across AI, robotics, HPC, energy, and defense technology
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
  • Connect with founders, executives, and engineering leaders to uncover hiring needs
  • Build relationships, qualify prospects, and manage opportunities in PACE's CRM
  • Partner with recruiting teams to turn new business opportunities into active searches
  • Develop expertise in emerging technologies and technical markets

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 0-3 years of experience; sales, business development, recruiting, or staffing experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Curious about AI, robotics, engineering, and emerging technology
  • Competitive, persistent, coachable, and comfortable with outbound prospecting
  • Motivated to build a long-term career in sales, business development, or account management

Why PACE?

PACE offers training, coaching, and hands-on experience selling into some of the most innovative technology markets. You will develop skills in prospecting, relationship-building, sales, recruiting, and market research while building a long-term career in technology sales.

Compensation & Work Environment

  • Base salary + fully uncapped commission
  • Hybrid work schedule
  • Health coverage
  • Student Loan Assistance
  • 401K match
  • Structured sales training and ongoing coaching
  • Clear opportunities for career growth
