NOLA Brunch & Beignets – San Antonio, TX


NOLA Brunch & Beignets is looking for a skilled and energetic Craft Bartender to join our team! We’re looking for someone who is attentive, motivated, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.


Responsibilities
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve drinks
• Assess guest preferences and make beverage recommendations
• Mix ingredients to craft quality cocktails
• Verify guest identification and ensure legal drinking age compliance
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-focused bar environment
• Follow all food and beverage regulations and safety standards


Qualifications
• 2 years proven craft experience as a bartender
• Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant bartending certification preferred
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus
