Nokia invites visionary leaders to apply for the ON Enterprise & Mission Critical Growth Lead position. In this strategic role, you will be a force multiplier, driving central initiatives and executing growth strategies by analyzing market opportunities and identifying key verticals. Collaborating closely with BD, Sales, and presales teams, you will develop and implement strategies, oversee the introduction of new solutions, and ensure our offerings effectively address emerging opportunities. Your impact will extend to educating and empowering our Sales and presales teams with product knowledge and demand generation programs, directly contributing to winning sales opportunities and achieving our annual growth targets. Responsibilities
  • Force Multiplier: Support on central Enterprise & Mission Critical initiatives along with their execution for a focussed region (LAT). Also, this role will cover the vertical focus for the Americas.
  • Analysis of TAM & chalking key verticals for replication & growth.
  • Growth Strategy: Developing & executing the strategy working closely with BD, Sales & presales teams.
  • Overseeing the introduction of new portfolio/solutions into strategic accounts and segments.
  • Educating and amplifying Products and Solutions to Sales & presales.
  • Supporting Sales & presales with customer specific demand generation programs and positioning of targeted solutions to win identified sales opportunities.
  • Support bringing together the right product and services to address new opportunities.
  • Ensuring achievement of annual growth targets and overall business success.

These activities will require Regular interface with various organizations within ON & NI, including but not limiting, Business Division, PLMs, presales, Finance, Strategy, Marketing, etc.
Qualifications
You have:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in engineering. MBA desirable
  • Business development experience (10+ years) in Enterprise esp on Optical product & solutions
  • Understanding of Enterprise requirements, network architecture & related solutions
  • Polished, refined, confident and charismatic interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting to C level internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently & lead cross functional teams.
  • Self-motivated and results-focused

It would be nice if you also had:
  • knowledge of other technologies portfolio so to be able to look across NI & Nokia for synergies.
  • recognition as an external thought leader within a strategic function or organizational unit.
