Animal caretakers at a Noah's Ark animal sanctuary often encounter challenges such as managing the unique needs of a wide variety of species, ensuring the safety of both animals and staff, and handling unpredictable behaviors. The work is physically demanding and may involve long hours, including weekends and holidays. Additionally, caretakers must collaborate closely with veterinarians, volunteers, and other team members to provide proper enrichment, health care, and habitat maintenance for each animal.
