About the Role:
Join WILLOW WOODS C D C as a Lead Teacher for our vibrant 2-year-olds classroom! We are looking for a passionate educator who will create a nurturing environment that fosters curiosity and growth in our young learners.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all children.
  • Monitor and assess individual progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning.
  • Encourage positive behavior and social skills through interactive play and activities.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current in early childhood education.
Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working with toddlers in a classroom setting.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
