Job description

Lead Preschool Teacher – Young Three-Year-Olds Classroom


We are seeking a loving, patient, and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team! This position will lead our young three-year-olds classroom, supporting children as they explore, learn, and grow in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for three-year-olds
  • Support children through key milestones, including early social skills, language development, and potty training

  • Maintain a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with families and colleagues to ensure a consistent and caring approach
  • Follow health, safety, and licensing standards at all times
Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not required)
  • Experience working with toddlers or preschool-aged children
  • Knowledge of age-appropriate curriculum and developmental milestones for 3-year-olds
  • Ability to assist with potty training and promote independence in self-care routines
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
