De focus ligt op het creëren van intuïtieve en consistente microcopy (zoals knoppen, titels, foutmeldingen, instructies) om een naadloze interactie tussen gebruikers en onze digitale producten te garanderen.

Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan de UX copywriting richtlijnen en documenteert deze in het design systeem.

Functieomschrijving

Je schrijft aansprekende, gebruikersgerichte teksten die de ervaring van onze producten verbeteren. Dit doe je door:

  • Het schrijven en bewerken van gebruikersinterface (UI) teksten, inclusief microcopy, foutmeldingen en gebruikersinstructies, in verschillende fasen van de ontwikkelingscyclus (ideeënvorming, verfijning, oplevering).
  • Samenwerken met cross-functionele teams om gebruiksvriendelijke teksten te creëren die aansluiten bij ontwerp- en productdoelen.
  • Het itereren en aanpassen van UX-teksten op basis van feedback van gebruikers uit gebruikerstests.
  • Zorgen voor toegankelijkheid en inclusiviteit in alle UX-teksten.
  • Het herformuleren van teksten geschreven door je Nederlandstalige collega’s naar het Frans.
  • Het bijwerken van onze contentdatabase met jouw teksten.

Samen met je collega UX Writers en in nauwe samenwerking met onze ontwerpers draag je actief bij aan het design systeem en begrijp je dat UX copy richtlijnen een integraal onderdeel zijn van het design systeem. Je portfolio toont met concrete voorbeelden aan dat je hebt gewerkt aan het integreren van deze copy richtlijnen.

Je werkt nauw samen met ontwerpers, productexperts en ontwikkelaars om ervoor te zorgen dat elke tekst – van knoppen tot flows – volledig geïntegreerd is in onze ontwerpen.

  • Nederlands: Sterke kennis, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling (B2/C1 niveau)
  • Engels: Sterke kennis, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling (B1/B2 niveau)
  • Minimaal 6 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Je begrijpt UX Writing technieken en hebt bewezen ervaring als UX Writer of een vergelijkbare rol. Je hebt een sterk portfolio met UX Writing voorbeelden.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met UX & UI fundamentals en mobile first principes en kunt je UX-teksten hierop aanpassen.
  • Je kunt een volledige klantreis begrijpen in samenwerking met conceptuele denkers uit andere domeinen (bijv. concept designers, UX-UI designers).
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het ontwerpproces en hebt eerder met design teams samengewerkt.
  • Je ziet het grotere geheel en kiest je prioriteiten zorgvuldig.
  • Je bent een teamspeler met leiderschapskwaliteiten, overtuigt stakeholders van je keuzes maar staat ook open voor feedback van gebruikers en stakeholders en vindt de juiste balans.
  • Je ondersteunt graag je collega UX copywriters.
