Overview
Inabia is seeking a Golang Software Engineer to join a high-velocity New Product Development team building a complex embedded automation platform and distributed system. The core architecture is well established after more than a year of active development, with a commercial release targeted for early next year. This hire will accelerate delivery, support field deployment, and help prepare the platform for production.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design and development of a complex embedded automation platform and distributed system architecture
  • Write high-quality Go code alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes firmware engineers transitioning from C/C++ backgrounds
  • Take full ownership of technical problems and work independently in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment
  • Support field deployment of the current project and ensure production readiness
  • Contribute to architectural decisions that will underpin future products built on this platform

Key Qualifications
  • Strong Golang fundamentals - the hiring team's highest priority technical requirement
  • Hands-on gRPC experience - one of the most critical technical qualifications for this role
