Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Security Officers to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Security Guard, you will ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and team members. If you thrive on excitement and want your workday to fly by, apply now to join the action.

What will you do?
  • Patrol pedestrian and mobile facilities.
  • Promote protection and safety of company assets, patrons, and team members.
  • Enforce and adhere to all unit, department, and company policies and procedures; report incidents.
  • Observe and report procedural violations and illegal activity.
  • Fill out departmental log forms; verify all paperwork is complete and turned in at the conclusion of the shift.
  • Assist with emergencies as directed.

  • Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to control difficult situations, and maintaining customer goodwill.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
