TravelNurseSource is working with United Health Care Staffing, Inc. to find a qualified House Supervisor RN in Hood River, Oregon, 97031!

Position: Registered Nurse – House Supervisor - AUTO OFFER

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – House Supervisor for a 13-week travel assignment starting March 30, 2026. This position is ideal for a senior nurse with strong leadership skills and experience managing hospital operations and clinical teams.

Schedule:

  • 3x12-hour shifts

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • Weekend rotation required (typically every 3rd weekend, occasionally every other)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hospital-wide nursing operations and staffing

  • Serve as the clinical resource and escalation point for all nursing units

  • Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and bed management

  • Respond to rapid response calls, codes, and emergency situations

  • Support teams in crisis intervention and de-escalation

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards

  • Manage incident reporting, risk management, and sentinel event processes

Clinical Environment:

  • Inpatient acute care setting

  • Patient population includes neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics

  • Common patient diagnoses include CHF, NSTEMI, pneumonia, sepsis, surgical recovery, oncology, and geriatric care
