At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we promote a challenging, but rewarding opportunity in a caring environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced:

Receptionist

Job Description:

  • Answers incoming calls and directs visitors and families to the requested/appropriate areas.
  • Receives and distributes the mail to all departments daily.
  • Receives and delivers any packages(flowers etc.) within the facility.
  • Assures that outgoing mail is sent daily and that postage is available at all times.
  • Performs typing, data entry, and secretarial duties as needed.
  • Assists visitors, families and employees as needed.
  • Watches the front lobby
  • All other duties are assigned

Job Requirements:

  • High school graduate with clerical experience.
  • Valid NC Driver's License.
  • Team player with a positive and considerate attitude.
  • Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Knowledge of computers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
