Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day property management activities
  • Facilitate effective communication among clients, tenants, and service providers
  • Keep precise and organized records and documentation
  • Assist with leasing processes and tenant onboarding
  • Address tenant inquiries promptly and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance operational workflows

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with strong multitasking skills
  • Proficient verbal and written communication
  • Experience with real estate software and related technologies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Prior experience in real estate or property management is advantageous

  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly.
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
