Optometrist - Full-time/ Part -TIme - Private Practice (Practice with Autonomy- No weekends) - Turlock, CA

We are looking for an hard working, reliable, and friendly optometrist to become a full-time or part- time associate at our Turlock location inside of a retail setting. You also have the option for a 4 day a week work schedule. Our services include routine eye wellness care, prescribing eyeglasses, and contact lenses and much more.  We believe in keeping our community healthy, and we’re committed to exceeding the expectations of our patients –if you are interested in joining a practice that goes above and beyond, apply today.

What You’ll Need:

  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree (or pending)
  • Valid CA state license to practice optometry (or pending)

Exposure:. We are searching for a talented OD to join our growing practice! You'll use your clinical and interpersonal skills to provide high-quality vision care to our patients. The ideal OD candidate is committed to delivering quality patient care, and is eager to learn and develop their clinical skillset.Our health and vision evaluations include:

  • Perform comprehensive eye exams
  • Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease
  • Prescribe corrective lenses
  • Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
  • Maintain detailed patient records regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress
  • Handle eyecare emergencies

Environment: Our OD will have a technician on site who will do the autorefractor and pretesting, so that our doctor can focus on providing exams and care. Our office is equipped with Optomap screening, OCT, an automatic refractor, and all the equipment necessary to provide comprehensive primary care!
