• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences.
• Set specific therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress through regular evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Implement teletherapy options for clients who may prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges, ensuring they have continued access to care.
• Maintain ethical documentation practices to safeguard client confidentiality and comply with industry standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities, contributing to both your personal growth and the overall effectiveness of our team.

Our clients are diverse, comprising individuals from various age groups and backgrounds who present with a range of mental health concerns. You will work with clients facing issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, helping them to build resilience and coping strategies. Your role is pivotal in guiding individuals towards recovery and personal empowerment.

• Valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Displayed empathy, compassion, and ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle a caseload.

• Experience working in a private practice setting and providing therapy via telehealth platforms.
• Familiarity with therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• Previous experience in a collaborative professional environment is a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, reflecting your caseload and experience level. Alongside a competitive salary, we offer:
