Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
  • Displayed empathy, compassion, and ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively handle a caseload.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a private practice setting and providing therapy via telehealth platforms.
  • Familiarity with therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
  • Previous experience in a collaborative professional environment is a plus.
