This full-time remote position offers a unique opportunity to engage with clients through a private practice dedicated to enhancing mental health and overall well-being. The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health issues and inform individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide high-quality individual therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to address clients' unique needs and promoting their personal development.
  • Set and track therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly evaluating their progress and adjusting treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Offer virtual therapy options for clients who prefer teletherapy, ensuring accessibility remains a cornerstone of our service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date and precise documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, thereby reinforcing our professional commitment.
  • Engage proactively in continuing education opportunities to refine your clinical skills and stay informed about best practices and emerging therapies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice focuses on a diverse patient population dealing with various mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills that foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
  • A compassionate, empathetic approach, along with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and journeys.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle caseloads while ensuring documentation and administrative tasks are completed accurately.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly within private practice environments.
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
  • Experience with telehealth services and remote client engagement strategies.
