Supportive team environments and regular check-ins with nurse educators are common, ensuring you transition smoothly into the pediatric nursing role.

What is a no experience pediatric RN?

A No Experience Pediatric RN is a registered nurse who is newly licensed and starting their career in pediatric nursing, typically without prior direct work experience in a pediatric setting.
