Job description

JSA Towing LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Tow Truck Operator to join our team serving the Antelope Valley area.
In this role, you will provide towing and roadside assistance services while delivering excellent customer service. No towing experience is required and we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate tow trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Provide prompt and courteous service to customers in need of roadside assistance
• Perform jump starts, lockouts, tire changes, fuel delivery, and towing services
• Follow safety procedures and proper towing practices
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including photos and vehicle information
• Keep assigned truck clean and presentable
• Work closely with dispatchers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Minimum Qualifications
• Valid California Class C driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous driving, delivery, towing, or transportation experience
