At Central Florida Pain Relief Centers, we provide comprehensive training and the opportunity to work side-by-side with experienced providers in a fast-paced interventional pain management practice. No prior medical scribe experience is required—we will train the right candidate.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Medical Scribe / Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines real-time medical documentation with direct patient care support, providing an excellent foundation for anyone pursuing a career in healthcare.

The primary responsibility is medical scribing—accurately documenting patient encounters while assisting providers in delivering exceptional patient care.

What You'll DoMedical Scribe Responsibilities
  • Document patient encounters in real time within the electronic medical record (EMR)

  • Record patient history, physical exam findings, assessments, and treatment plans as directed by the provider

  • Accurately enter laboratory, imaging, and procedure results

  • Track provider orders, referrals, and follow-up recommendations

  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant

  • Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

Medical Assistant Responsibilities
  • Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories

  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures

  • Assist providers during office visits and procedures
