The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Seton Hall University invites applications for a Full-Time Lecturer position in Mathematics to start in August 2026.
Duties and Responsibilities:

The Department offers undergraduate majors in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Financial Mathematics; minors in Computer Science and Mathematics, and an undergraduate minor and a graduate certificate program (with the Department of Psychology) in Data Visualization and Analysis.
Teaching responsibilities will include mathematics courses at all undergraduate levels.
Duties also involve performing service to the Department.
Applicants must understand and be willing to support the Seton Hall University Catholic mission.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of a Ph.D. degree in Mathematics is a requirement and must be completed by the start of employment (no later than August 2026).
Proficiency in using mathematical software and technology is highly desired.

Desired Qualifications:

A minimum of three years teaching experience at the college level.
Experience in teaching Calculus-based Statistics is highly desired.

Salary Range:

$51,335-$65,000
