Job description

Nature's Workforce, Landscape Maintenance branch of Consolidated Divisions, Inc. (CDI), is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a landscape maintenance crew while working alongside the team in the field.
Pay: $26.00 to $29.00
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, with occasional weekends. Winter snow removal may require nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and work alongside a crew of up to 5 employees
  • Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, weed control, and property cleanup
  • Ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met
  • Train and coach crew members
  • Track labor hours, complete daily reports, JHAs, DVIRs, and other required documentation
  • Safely operate and transport landscape equipment
  • Assist with snow removal operations during winter months

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance experience
  • Experience operating commercial landscape equipment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lead a crew and communicate effectively
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
