Join our dynamic team as an Entry Level Landscape Crew Member and help us create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our commercial clients. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to start a career in landscaping with on-the-job training provided. Responsibilities
  • Assist with planting, pruning, mulching, weeding, and general maintenance of landscapes.
  • Operate landscaping equipment and tools, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers, under supervision.
  • Help with the installation of new landscape features such as flower beds, trees, shrubs, and hardscapes.
  • Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Follow instructions from the Landscape Crew Leader to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites and equipment.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Landscape Crew Leader or supervisor.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus!!!
  • No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Punctual and reliable with good time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping practices and equipment is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
