Landscape Crew Leader$20-$25/HR | Full-Time | Experienced Only
ACE Outdoor Services is hiring an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to lead commercial and residential landscape installation projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on landscape construction and installations — NOT lawn maintenance, fertilization, or route-based service work.
We are looking for someone who can lead crews, operate equipment, read landscape plans, and deliver high-quality work efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Do:
• Lead and manage landscape installation crews on daily job sites
• Execute landscape projects from start to finish
• Handle job layout, materials, workflow, and daily production
• Work hands-on alongside your crew
• Maintain quality, safety, and organization on job sites
• Communicate with project managers, office staff, and clients
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving efficiently
• Assist with snow operations during winter months

Project Work Includes:
• Landscape installations
• Softscaping and planting
• Bed preparation, grading, and mulching
• Sod installation
• Residential and commercial landscape projects
• Hardscape installations

Equipment Experience Required:
• Excavators
• Skid steers
• Commercial landscape equipment and tools
• Truck and trailer operation

Requirements:
• Proven experience leading landscape construction crews (REQUIRED)
• Landscape installation experience (REQUIRED)
• Foreman or crew leadership experience
• Ability to read and execute landscape plans
• Experience with commercial and residential projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage crews, workflow, and production
• Experience pulling trailers required
• Valid Chauffeur’s License (REQUIRED)
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
