Title: IT Technician

Compensation: $45,760 annually


Position Overview 

The IT Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure by providing essential technical support through the helpdesk, adeptly troubleshooting issues, and actively contributing to diverse IT projects. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for end-users, providing Level 1 support for helpdesk inquiries and escalating complex issues to higher-tier support when necessary. 
  • Assist in resolving user tickets efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive user experience. 
  • Manage and create user accounts, group memberships, and organizational units within Active Directory/Azure and other company applications. 
  • Oversee the imaging process for new PCs, ensuring standardized configurations and software installations, while also conducting timely repairs and maintenance on malfunctioning PCs. Facilitate the seamless deployment of PCs, including setup and configuration. 
  • Conduct training for new users on system usage, including software applications, and security protocols. 
  • Execute the installation and configuration of diverse IT equipment, including hardware, networking devices, and cameras, in environments ranging from office spaces to warehouse facilities. 
  • Provide flexible and reliable support for various IT projects, offering assistance where needed to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion. 
  • Design, development, document, perform analysis, create, test or modify computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications. 
  • Design, documentation, testing, creation or modification of computer programs related to machine operating systems.
