Role Description The Interior Design Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Rehoboth Beach, DE. This position supports the design team in developing concepts, preparing design presentations, and assisting with space planning for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), creating mood boards, maintaining materials libraries, and preparing floor plans and layouts. The role involves coordinating with vendors, tracking orders, and supporting installation and punch-list activities to ensure design integrity. The Interior Design Associate also communicates with team members and clients, documents project details, and helps maintain organized project files and schedules.
