Décor Direct is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Team! The Sales Administrator is a key contributor to Decor Direct's sales and design team, serving as the primary administrative partner to Interior Designers. This role is responsible for supporting the complete customer journey, streamlining project execution, and enhancing the overall client experience. By combining exceptional organization, product knowledge, and customer service, the Sales Administrator enables designers to maximize revenue, improve efficiency, and deliver a luxury interior design experience consistent with the Schell brand promise.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

● Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients by conducting virtual consultations to qualify project needs, educate homeowners on Decor Direct's services and design process, establish expectations, answer preliminary questions, and prepare clients for a successful full day in-person design appointment.

● Partner with Interior Designers to coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of the client journey, ensuring a seamless experience from lead qualification through project completion.

● Prepare accurate proposals, quotes, and supporting documentation while ensuring pricing accuracy and timely delivery to support sales conversion.

● Assist Interior Designers in preparing client presentations, lookbooks, and supporting materials that effectively communicate design concepts and enhance the client experience.

● Manage showroom operations by greeting clients, answering phones, maintaining sample libraries, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the showroom remains presentation ready.

● Attend furniture deliveries as a representative of Decor Direct to verify installation quality, ensure products are placed according to the design plan, and deliver an exceptional white-glove client experience.

● Continuously expand product knowledge, design trends, vendor offerings, and company processes to better support designers and clients.
