Job description

This is a permanent, full time position for an experienced residential and commercial Kitchen / Bathroom / Interior Remodel & Renovation Design Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
  • Assist their clients with all facets of their projects to include: cabinets, countertops, paint, appliance, floor coverings, backsplashes kitchen, bathroom, and interior design layout and all necessary products required selection process. Essentially overseeing their projects, managing any change orders created to ensure workflow is followed from the first point of contact to completion
  • On site estimating
  • Create, prepare, and provide accurate 3D, 2D designs, rendering, and layouts for clients using 2020, CAD, or equivalent design software
  • Create and present proposals to their clients
  • Effectively contracting proposals presented to their clients
  • Clear and precise communication with clients, vendors, and team in order to achieve results desired
  • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
  • Local area marketing and networking

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
  • Proficient in 2020, CAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office software.
  • "QFloors" software knowledge beneficial, however, will train.
  • Strong creative and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to execute.
  • ASID certification beneficial.
  • MHIC license beneficial.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with kitchen / bathroom / cabinet, countertops remodels and renovations, installation of floor coverings (carpet, hardwood, ceramic tile, LVP, sheet vinyl), and complete home interior renovation / remodeling.
  • Exterior home renovation knowledge and experience beneficial.
