Responsabilidades Claves
  • Saludar y reconocer a todos los huespedes de acuerdo con los estandares de la empresa, anticipar y atender las necesidades de servicio de los huespedes al momento de su llegada.
  • Proporcionar un servicio personalizado y dedicado a todas las suites y habitaciones de huespedes designadas, junto con servicios premium exclusivos.
  • Manejar solicitudes de los huespedes, asistiendo con la logistica y mejorando la experiencia general del huesped.
  • Asistir con reservas, transporte y recomendaciones locales para enriquecer la experiencia de los huespedes.
  • Entregar amenidades, alimentos y bebidas en las habitaciones de los huespedes, asegurando que el servicio cumpla con altos estandares.
  • Comunicar las preferencias de los huespedes al departamento de limpieza para garantizar que las habitaciones se preparen segun sus gustos.
  • Realizar todas las tareas de acuerdo con las politicas, procedimientos, reglas internas y estandares del hotel.
  • Estar informado sobre las operaciones diarias del hotel, revisar las hojas de eventos diarias, los tablones de anuncios y estar al tanto de todos los cambios, nuevos procedimientos y eventos.
  • Seguir todas las politicas y procedimientos de seguridad y salud de la empresa; reportar accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras al supervisor.
  • Completar la capacitacion y certificaciones de seguridad.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demas, apoyando al equipo para alcanzar metas comunes.
  • Asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean limpios y profesionales, manteniendo la confidencialidad de la informacion propietaria.
  • Realizar otras tareas razonables segun lo solicitado por los supervisores.

  • Orientado a la hospitalidad

  • Capaz de levantar objetos pesados (50 libras)

  • Capaz de manejar situaciones dificiles de manera efectiva

  • Capaz de trabajar de manera rapida y eficiente, especialmente bajo presion

  • Capacidad para trabajar en turnos variados, incluidos noches, dias festivos y fines de semana

  • Bilingue (Espanol e Ingles)
