Responsabilidades Claves

  • Recibir y despedir cordialmente a los huespedes a su llegada y salida, asegurando una primera impresion profesional y acogedora.

  • Abrir las puertas del hotel y asistir a los huespedes en su entrada y salida de la propiedad de manera segura y comoda.

  • Brindar asistencia con equipaje y paquetes segun sea necesario, colaborando estrechamente con el equipo de Maleteros y los Valet Attendants.

  • Coordinar y gestionar transporte a solicitud de los huespedes, incluyendo taxis, servicios de transporte privado y traslados.

  • Ofrecer indicaciones e informacion sobre los servicios del hotel y puntos de interes locales.

  • Mantener un conocimiento actualizado del hotel, sus servicios y la zona alrededor para asistir eficazmente a los huespedes.

  • Cumplir con todas las politicas y procedimientos de seguridad de la compania; reportar accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras al supervisor.

  • Completar las capacitaciones y certificaciones de seguridad requeridas.

  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demas, apoyando al equipo para alcanzar objetivos comunes.

  • Garantizar que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean limpios y profesionales.

  • Mantener la confidencialidad de la informacion propietaria.

  • Realizar otras tareas razonables que le sean asignadas por los supervisores.

Cualificaciones

  • Orientado a la hospitalidad.

  • Capacidad para subir y bajar cuestas de manera continua.

  • Capacidad para levantar hasta 60 lbs de forma regular y continua, asi como empujar y halar carritos o equipos con un peso de hasta 250 lbs.

  • Disposicion para realizar tareas fisicas como estar de pie, caminar, agacharse, inclinarse, ponerse en cuclillas y estirarse durante periodos prolongados.

  • Habilidad para trabajar de manera rapida y eficiente, manteniendo la calma bajo presion.

  • Flexibilidad para laborar en turnos variados, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y dias festivos.
