As one of the best hotels in Milwaukee and the Midwest, we continue to celebrate a grand tradition of gracious service and impeccable style. The Pfister Hotel has received AAA Four Diamond hotel status for over 50 consecutive years.
What you will be doing

  • Supervise front desk operations to ensure efficient check-in, check-out, guest services, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
  • Lead, train, and support front desk associates, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and operational guidance.
  • Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor daily operations, including room assignments, shift coverage, cash handling, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, reservations, bell services, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding guest experience.
Position Requirements
  • Previous hotel front office or hospitality leadership experience.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with hotel property management systems preferred.
