    • Strong, hands\-on knowledge of Python or C++ (experience with both is an asset).

    • Genuine enthusiasm for fintech and an interest in how world events shape the systems and data we work with.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and trade\-offs to both technical and non\-technical audiences.
