Restoration Project Manager

The Restoration Project Manager leads all parts of given restoration projects and production crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, communication and staff development.

Scope, estimate, execute restoration claims:

  • Work with clients and insurance carriers who have experienced a structural loss on their property.
  • Initial site visits and documentation of property damage.
  • Estimates (creates, revises, ensures TPA guidelines are met).
  • Ensure projects are managed within TPA deadlines and requirements.
  • Ensure estimates are uploaded into TPA platforms and revisions are managed with in TPA requirements.
  • Quality control checks - job sites visit, site safety checks, manage sub-contractors and verify quality of work completed.
  • Create and manage budgets, P&L sheets and timelines.
  • Obtain work authorizations, draw schedules, payments, work orders and satisfaction certificates.
  • Manage invoicing/collection/closure goals.
  • Negotiate terms and set expectations with subcontractors, customers and clients.
  • Receipt reconciliation, weekly.
  • Weekly accounts receivable and payable reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

First Year Bonus: $10,000-$40,000
