Sabio Systems is looking for a professional Construction Project Manager that will oversee commercial building projects from conception to completion. This role requires a professional who can deliver projects on time, within scope, and under budget while supervising field personnel and subcontractors.
Job Responsibilities for the Construction Project Manager:
  • Manage complete daily operations of commercial construction projects from the very lead to the final walkthrough.
  • Utilize Gordian construction software for project estimation, tracking, procurement, and job order contracting (JOC).
  • Supervise on-site field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, review cost estimates, track expenditures, and approve change orders.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules and ensure critical milestones are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and local regulatory authorities.
Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager:
  • At least 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency with Gordian construction software is highly preferred/required.
  • Deep understanding of commercial building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and blueprint reading.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening is required.
  • English and Spanish bilingual communication skills are highly desirable.
  • Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification is highly preferred.
Compensation for the Construction Project Manager:
$25 - $30 Hourly (DOE)
