Job description

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate I to support a high-volume repair and fulfillment operation. In this role, you will diagnose and repair electronic equipment, process customer orders, maintain accurate inventory records, and help ensure products are repaired and shipped efficiently while meeting quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with electronics assembly, hardware repair, or warehouse fulfillment experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Location: Durham, NC

Duration: 12+ months, with possibility for extension

Duties:
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair point-of-sale (POS) equipment and related electronic hardware.
  • Perform bench-level repairs on printers, displays, system units, and other electronic components.
  • Conduct diagnostic testing, inspections, and functional verification to identify equipment issues.
  • Replace defective parts, clean equipment, and complete repairs according to established quality standards.
  • Accurately document repairs, parts usage, inventory transactions, and work performed using computer-based systems.
  • Pick, pack, and ship parts and equipment to fulfill customer orders.
  • Maintain inventory and replenish workstations as needed.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new team members when required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives while meeting productivity and quality goals.

  • Experience with computer hardware repair or electronic equipment troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Previous experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, or fulfillment operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including rotational Saturdays and occasional overtime as business needs require.

Education:

  • Technical training or coursework in electronics, computer hardware, or a related field is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
