Job description

Chop Tree Service is expanding its fleet maintenance department to keep up with our growth!  As a winner of West Michigan's Best and Brightest to work for, this position offers:

The Mobile Preventive Maintenance/Inspection Specialist is responsible for maintaining our fleet by completing thorough inspections to allow proactive and predictive repair strategies in the field. 

 The preferred skills desired for this position are as follows: 

  • Some shop/field repair experience 
  • Computer/tablet experience 
  • Reasonable driving record, Chauffeur's license (or ability to obtain)
  • Heavy truck repair basics 
  • Auto repair basics
  • Equipment repair basics
  • Self-starter
