We are authentic, genuine, and continually strive for excellence in everything we do.   Millborn Seeds is seeking a Seed Plant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Hemingford, Nebraska seed cleaning, storage, & packaging facility. This is a player-coach role — someone who works alongside the team in the operation while also owning site leadership, execution, and accountability. The Plant Manager is the primary lead for the facility, responsible for production execution, troubleshooting, team leadership, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for maximizing plant throughput and sellable pounds.
