Your Job
Koch Agronomic Services is seeking a Downstream Seed Key Account Manager. In this role, you will drive adoption of seed enhancement and nutritional offerings through the channel by building strategic partnerships with agricultural retailers, cooperatives, and seed dealers. You will be responsible for creating value through demand generation, joint business planning, and developing scalable downstream seed treatment programs across the channel.
Our Team
You will join a team focused on building long-term partnerships and delivering value to Seed midstream customers through collaboration, innovation, and principled entrepreneurship.
What You Will Do
  • Identify, segment, and build strategic relationships with customers - including agricultural retailers, cooperatives, and seed dealers.
  • Drive demand and growth of seed enhancement and seed nutritional offerings across the channel, from retailers, dealer and co-op level through to the grower.
  • Develop and execute strategies that drive measurable business growth across assigned accounts and territories.
  • Understand retailer and cooperative business models, seed treatment operations, application equipment, and seed dealer customer base.
  • Communicate and position the value proposition of seed enhancements and seed nutritional offerings to both retail partners and growers.
  • Support Seed channel partners in adopting and expanding on-demand seed treatment programs, including product placement, application best practices, and training.
  • Develop joint business plans with customers to forecast demand and support inventory and production planning.
  • Structure mutually beneficial commercial agreements using sound economic thinking and principled entrepreneurship.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Line, Product Services, Agronomy, Customer Service, and Brand and Communications teams.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience managing key accounts or selling into the agricultural retail channel, including retailers, cooperatives, or seed dealers.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to support a national sales territory.

What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience with downstream seed treatment, including on-demand or retail-applied treating processes.
  • Experience selling seed treatment or seed nutritional products through agricultural retailers or cooperatives.
  • Established relationships within the ag retail and cooperative channel.
  • Familiarity with seed treatment application equipment, programs, and workflows.
  • Experience developing demand forecasts or joint business plans with downstream customers.
