Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a committed, long-term employee who enjoys challenges, problem-solving, and working directly with clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and thrives in a collaborative, small-business environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, process invoices, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Work directly with small business owners to ensure their financial records are up to date.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to provide seamless service to clients.
  • Process and record payroll with ADP and other providers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small business environment.
