Your responsibilities often include accessing confidential information, which requires learning company policies and industry rules and regulations. Your duties can also span collecting loan payments, processing credit applications, and keeping confidential digital customer records. Providing comprehensive customer service is also a crucial part of working as an entry-level bank teller.
