Position Summary

Champion Chevrolet is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an energetic person who enjoys building relationships, achieving goals, and providing top-tier service throughout the vehicle purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in-store and online

  • Assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs

  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

  • Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and warranties clearly

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business

  • Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

  • Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership’s CRM system

  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership policies
