Nous sommes une petite équipe autonome qui développe une expérience multijoueur ambitieuse sur l'Unreal Engine. Nous recherchons des développeur·euse·s très impliqué·e·s, animé·e·s par l’exécution, le sens des responsabilités et la fierté de construire quelque chose de concret - ensemble.
 

Ce que vous ferez

  • Compiler et comprendre les intentions sonores du projet et répertorier les besoins de développement.
  • Analyser les fonctionnalités existantes dans le moteur son et déterminer si elles conviennent aux intentions du projet.
  • Proposer des améliorations au pipeline audio en identifiant des besoins au niveau du projet, en concevant et implémentant de nouveaux systèmes au besoin.
  • Gérer et challenger le budget de ressource mémoire et CPU pour l’audio.
  • Travailler étroitement avec l’équipe d’Audio Design pour leur permettre de réaliser les intentions design en respectant le budget alloué.
  • Programmer de façon claire et structurée tout en étant conscient.e des requis de performance, de maintenance et de compatibilité.
  • Valider et vérifier si les systèmes nouvellement développés rencontrent les intentions du projet et ne créent pas d’incohérence avec le code déjà existant.
  • Déterminer et corriger les « bugs » sons identifiés par les autres métiers et l’équipe de contrôle qualité.
  • Documenter son travail afin de transférer ses connaissances et permettre aux utilisateur.ices (les autres métiers) de comprendre comment utiliser les nouveaux systèmes et fonctionnalités sonores.
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Qualifications

Ce que vous apportez 

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en programmation son ou toutes autres expériences pertinentes.
  • Baccalauréat en informatique ou génie informatique ou toutes autres formations équivalentes. 
  • Avoir un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes
  • Être autonome et débrouillard
  • Avoir de bonnes habiletés relationnelles et de communication 
  • Être souple dans l’organisation de son travail
