About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and personable Stretch Practitioner to join our team!
No prior stretching experience is required — we will train the right candidate! We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others, is comfortable working with people, has a positive attitude, and is motivated to grow with our team.
As a Stretch Practitioner, you will provide personalized assisted stretching sessions while creating an exceptional experience for every client. This position also includes client follow-up, membership sales, scheduling, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming studio.
Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized assisted stretching sessions following company training and protocols.
  • Learn and apply safe stretching and mobility techniques.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and maintain your own client schedule.
  • Educate clients about the benefits of assisted stretching and help them work toward their wellness and mobility goals.
  • Confidently present membership options and close membership sales.
  • Make follow-up phone calls and send emails to prospective and existing clients.
  • Follow up with leads, new clients, and members to encourage engagement and retention.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive studio environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support one another during daily operations.
  • Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the studio.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and training protocols.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and energetic client experience.
