In addition to Board of Education approval and the completion of required documentation, see below for requirements to substitute teach at Franklin Borough School:
New and Active Substitutes in Other Districts
1. ย Provide a valid NJ Substitute Certificateor NJ Teaching Certificate and complete Frontline online application.
2. ย Complete Criminal History Review with the Office of Student Protection:ย

3. ย Provide Documentation of Mantoux test with date and results.ย 
Please provide your most recent Mantoux/TB result per guidance from the NJ DOE:ย "TB testing is not recommended for new employees, student teachers, andย contractors of the districtย with a documented tuberculosis test result, regardless ofย when this test was done. Repeat TB testing is not required in the absence of aย known or suspected exposure to active and infectious TB disease or unlessย otherwise ordered by a licensed clinician."
