Team/Position Summary: Join Nintendo's Retail Marketing team and help bring our products to life at some of our largest retail partners. The Retail Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing programs that drive awareness and sales of Nintendo consoles, games, and accessories across key retail accounts. In this role, you'll collaborate with retailers and cross-functional teams to deliver a wide range of marketing initiatives, including in-store signage, digital campaigns, events, and promotional programs. It's an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, action-oriented marketer to gain broad experience while helping create engaging experiences for Nintendo fans.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
  • Supports assigned retail marketing activities for hardware and software product launches.
  • Coordinates artwork development and secures internal and external approvals.
  • Communicates with internal departments and vendors on project status and scheduling for various marketing projects.
  • Assists in the process of cross-channel merchandise/Point of Purchase (POP) projects, and helps manage and track budgets and projections.
  • Collects and communicates creative direction and feedback to internal and external design teams.
  • Provides back-up Administrative support for the department.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
  • One to two years of related experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Project Coordination experience.
  • Knowledge of Nintendo products/video game industry is helpful.
  • Formal training in marketing practices or equivalent preferred.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
