You're the face of the hotel, making every interaction feel effortless and inviting. Behind the scenes, you keep the front desk humming with precision, juggling reservations, requests, and surprises like a hospitality ninja. If you love turning first impressions into lasting memories, this is your moment to shine.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

After an initial waiting period, those hired into full time positions are eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes the following:

The bright colored rooms at Residence Inn Indianapolis Downtown have a cozy seating area facing the flat-screen TV. Guests can prepare meals at the kitchen equipped with stove top and dishwasher. All the necessary silverware and serving dishes are available. Guests can enjoy the scenic views of the Central Canal from the hotel's outdoor terrace. The Residence Inn Indianapolis Downtown on the Canal also offers dry cleaning/laundry services. A complimentary full breakfast is served at the lounge every morning. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants like Fogo do Chao or Morton's Steakhouse. Convention Center Plaza and the Indiana State House are within one mile from the hotel.
