Job description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tumbling Coach to join our coaching team at Dana Mannix Gymnastics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tumbling and a love for teaching athletes of all ages and skill levels. As a Tumbling Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing skill-progressive lesson plans, ensuring safety in all aspects of training, and fostering a fun, encouraging, and disciplined environment.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Instruct athletes in proper tumbling techniques, from beginner to advanced passes.
โ€ข Develop personalized drills and progressions to help students achieve their goals.
โ€ข Spot skills safely and effectively.
โ€ข Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback.
โ€ข Maintain a positive and motivating environment.
โ€ข Enforce safety rules and proper use of equipment.
โ€ข Collaborate with other coaches to support athlete development.
Qualifications:
โ€ข Previous coaching experience in tumbling, cheer, or gymnastics.
