Who You'll Be Working With

As Product Lead at PMG, you will lead innovative solutions for our proprietary operating system, Alli. In this role, you will be responsible for product management within our Alli Platform, delivering solutions that use data to empower marketers to make better, faster, data-informed decisions.

Working closely with the Product, Engineering, and Media teams within PMG, you will help create the product strategy and the long-term product and feature roadmap for your assigned product area. You will also collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, external Partners and Customers to advocate our product, maximize its potential and lead it to market success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the roadmap for a product area inside the Alli platform
  • Use a data driven approach to identify product opportunities and deliver solutions that improve user outcomes
  • Understand how product, engineering, and media teams work together to drive marketing objectives
  • Identify and develop new product opportunities using AI and data science based models
  • Work with external third parties (i.e., Google, Amazon, OpenAI) to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities evaluate AI based partnerships
  • Work with executives to align product vision and strategy
  • Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle
  • Actively engage users and drive adoption through various marketing activities such as: all hands company meetings, lunch & learns, newsletters and product documentation to both internal and external audiences
  • Actively manage a portfolio of concurrent product projects, quality of deliverables, dependencies, and outcomes to ensure that the product objectives are achieved on time
  • Coordinate delivery of product releases with the Engineering and Media teams
  • Conduct research, gather and document product and customer requirements, ensuring project documents are complete, with abundant detail, current, and stored appropriately
  • Work cross-departmentally to scope costs, time, and capacity for requests
  • Work with UI/UX team to design flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for your features
  • Ideate and brainstorm solutions
  • Conduct testing to improve software quality
  • Provide content for product line and marketing communications

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of related work experience in an advertising agency and/or in a product focused role within a technology based organization
  • 4+ years of experience working with customer data, martech data sets, and/or digital advertising platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Prior experience building and delivering product marketing presentations to large audiences, both internally and externally; past experience with Keynote/PowerPoint
  • Passion for understanding users and their behavior
  • Prior experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering and/or data science modeling
  • Prior experience managing the end to end product lifecycle
  • Self-motivated; keen interest in learning new tools and technology

Nice to Have Qualifications

  • Experience with analytics tools such as: Pendo, Mixpanel and Google Analytics
