Royalty Roofing is one of the first companies in Northeast Ohio certified to install GAF Solar Roofing Systems!

Job Duties:

· Facilitate the sales process from beginning to end

· Work with residential customers to identify specific needs for their home

· Analyze electric bills to educate on cost savings of solar

· Perform roofing, siding, windows, and gutter inspections to identify areas of concern

· Offer cutting edge technology including GAF Solar Shingles

· Work with insurance adjusters/companies and assisting homeowners through the claim process

· Generate sales through customer referrals, knocking doors, company provided leads, and previous customers

· Develop and Maintain referral networks with your clients, through social media, as well as partners consisting of insurance agents, real estate agents, home inspectors, mortgage lenders, property managers, etc.

· Communicate and deliver customer proposals in an easy to understand manner
