QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, or related major, strongly preferred.
  • Series 7, 63 & 65, or 66 and insurance licenses, or interested in obtaining within a reasonable timeframe, preferred.
  • Financial Services Industry experience preferred.
  • CRM and MS Office Suite experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with the local team’s administrative assistants, along with supervising the client service function of the personal financial planning team.
  • Interact with the team’s financial planning and wealth management clients on a day-to-day basis, scheduling meetings, responding to issues, and handling requests.
  • Periodically meet with clients on a team basis with one of the firm’s financial advisors or senior financial advisors.
  • Correspond regularly with clients, home office staff, broker-dealer and custodian representatives on a range of team management and client service matters.
  • Assist with the production of comprehensive financial plans.
  • Assist with the production of investment management proposals.
