Job description

Seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Analyst with a strong background in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting electronic signals intelligence to support military and national security objectives. Proficient in identifying, classifying, and reporting foreign emitters using advanced signal analysis tools and techniques. Experienced in working with cross-functional intelligence teams to deliver actionable insights, contribute to mission planning, and support real-time operations. Demonstrates a strong understanding of radio frequency (RF) spectrum, threat systems, and electronic warfare (EW) environments. Committed to maintaining operational security, accuracy, and efficiency in high-pressure environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of experience with Communications Intelligence (COMINT), PROFORMA, or Foreign Instrumentation Signals Intelligence (FISINT) collection and signals analysis
  • Experience with collection and signals analysis
  • Knowledge of signal characteristics, structure, parameters, and content
  • Knowledge of signal characteristics, structure, parameters, and content
  • Ability to analyze and report technical characteristics of signals in the RF and digital domains to determine structure, parameters, content, and purpose
  • Ability to provide shift work support
  • TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
  • Completed 450/460 Fundamental COMINT Signals Analysis courses
  • HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of professional experience, Associates degree and 7+ years of professional experience, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with INDOPACOM Intelligence problem sets
  • Completion of a credentialing Service School including Army 35S, Air Force 1N2C, Marine 2621, or Intelligence Community (IC) tradecraft-recognized SIGINT analyst certification course
  • Completion of Military 451/461 Intermediate COMINT Signals Analysis course, 452 Advanced COMINT Signals Analysis, Intermediate PROFORMA Workshop (IPW)

Physical Requirements:

  • Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Requires the ability to walk short distances.
  • Exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
