Intelligence Analyst
Location: Aurora, CO
Work Setting: On-Site
Employment Type: Full-Time W-2 or Contract
Compensation: Rate open to negotiation

• We are seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support a mission-critical operational environment in Aurora, CO. • This role is responsible for monitoring system activity in a near real-time setting, responding to system alerts and environmental changes, and supporting operational continuity through analysis, documentation, and technical problem-solving. • This is a shift-based role supporting a 24/7 operation. Key Responsibilities
• Provide operational response to system alerts and changes in the system environment, including system reconfiguration, data analysis, and reporting. • Monitor near real-time system status and apply technical troubleshooting skills to support ongoing operations. • Perform and document preliminary evaluations of system issues and assist in identifying design or process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce cost. • Maintain operational event logs, records, and other required documentation related to system performance and activity. • Use technical training and/or equivalent experience to assess system performance and improve system operations and data processing capabilities. • Operate effectively in a near real-time decision-making environment and successfully complete the required Operations Certification Process. • Perform assigned duties on a rotating 24/7 schedule consisting of 12-hour rotating shifts. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years of Intelligence Operations or Signals Intelligence Analysis experience in a military environment. • Military leadership experience. • Ability to complete the Operations Certification Process within the required timeframe. • Ability to distinguish between red, blue, white, and green on a computer monitor. • Active and in-scope TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required. Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of or experience performing satellite mission support in an operations environment. • Knowledge of tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination processes. • Experience working in direct support of customers with frequent customer interaction. • Experience monitoring satellite activities in a related field.
